• Tickets will be distributed with the caps, gowns, and tassels on June 9th following graduation practice.
  • Students will be issued a total of 2 tickets if poor weather prohibits an outdoor Commencement.  The event will be held indoors at the High School Gymnasium. If graduation is held indoors, tickets can be used for seating in the Gymnasium due to limited seating capacity.
  • Students with blended families will have 2 additional indoor tickets in the cap and gown packets.
  • A limited number of extra tickets will be made available in the Administration Office beginning at 2:00 pm
  • Due to fire code, only a limited number of people are allowed in the gymnasium.  However, there are alternative spots in the building such as the auditorium, cafeteria and media center to view the ceremony on closed-circuit broadcasting.
  • The decision will be made by 2:00 pm on June 9th whether to hold the ceremony indoors or outdoors.
  • The gates at the outdoor stadium (or the doors to the gymnasium) will open at 6:00 pm.
  • If the ceremony is held outside, each graduate will be allowed a maximum amount of 5 people.  No tickets will be needed for an outdoor ceremony.
